"App lello para Síndicos"
The Lello app for property managers streamlines condominium management by allowing financial control, maintenance scheduling, communication with residents, and access to reports. Used by 90% of clients.
"App Lello para moradores"
The Lello app for residents offers a practical and efficient way to communicate with the condominium management, track bills and payments, make maintenance requests, and access important information about the building. Features a specialized module for partnerships with companies and services such as laundry, gym, and home products. Currently, the app is used by over 200,000 clients.
With a simple and intuitive journey, this system was created to facilitate the negotiation and payment of overdue bills, offering customized payment terms pre-established by each condominium manager, as well as payment options via credit card, a feature specially implemented in this project. This system was responsible for significantly reducing delinquency, thereby increasing the cash flow for clients.

The Resolva Fácil system from Lello Condomínios is an intuitive and practical digital platform developed to streamline the management and communication between residents and condominium administration. Through this system, residents can make maintenance requests, access important documents, pay bills, and get information about the building quickly and efficiently. It provides a comprehensive solution to enhance the experience and management of daily life in the condominium.
Desktop System
The Lello Condomínios gatehouse system offers a modern and efficient solution for managing entrances and exits in the condominium, through the integration of an on-site developed facial recognition system. With features such as access control, visitor monitoring, and delivery registration, the system ensures greater security and convenience for both residents and the gatehouse team. The system is integrated with the resident and manager apps, allowing users to register information quickly and easily, such as facial registration for building access.
The payment and reimbursement system for managers at Lello Condomínios uses digital tokens to facilitate fast and secure transactions. Through this technology, managers can make payments and request reimbursements in a simple process fully integrated into the platform. The tokens ensure greater transparency and control, allowing all records to be accessed in a practical and efficient way, improving the condominium's financial management.
